Pregnancy: Ginger soda

Ginger Soda

Here is a recipe for a ginger soda that a client shared with me for morning sickness. Or as a mock tail….whatever floats your boat. It’s your pregnancy, live it up!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 cup of peeled and chopped ginger

  • The lemon peel from half a lemon

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 2 quarts sparkling water


Boil the water, ginger, lemon and honey until it becomes a syrup. Let it cool. Add it to the cold sparkling water. Add ice. Enjoy!!!
